This is another of my favorites, Tasty chickpeas topped with spices eaten with Fluffy Kulcha ( Bread made from maida flour) is just another delight that you can have best in Delhi. Chole is basically a combination of spicy chick peas (Chole) and potatoes cooked in a gravy made of tomatoes, onions.

(7) Khasta Kachori with Sabzi

Khasta Kachori is a type of stuffed bread that is Fried & Crunchy. it is stuffed with Lentils or in some cases with potato inside. Sabzi is a Spicy Gravy made up of potato & other spices. The Kachori & Sabzi combo is really Delicious. The way to eat kachori is to break it into pieces in the sabzi & then eat it.It also goes well with chilled Raita to beat the spice.

Aloo Tikki is a Cutlet made up of potatoes, peas & various curry spices. Bhalla is a snack originating in the Indian subcontinent; in North India and Pakistan it is sold in chaat shops and kiosks all around Delhi. Green bean paste is added with spices, which is then deep fried to make croquets. They are then garnished with dahi (yogurt), Saunth chutney (dried ginger and tamarind sauce) and spices. Bhalla is usually served cold unlike the Aloo Tikki.
